The prerequisite is a completed apprenticeship/degree as a nurse in the country of origin, as well as the willingness to learn the German language. Practical experience is helpful, but more important are motivation, reliability and openness to make the start in Deutschland a success.
We handle all administrative tasks completely.
This includes, among other things, applying for the deficit notice, the application for preliminary approval, the Visa-Beantragung, further Behördengänge, planning the entry including airport pick-up, the entire onboarding (bank card, insurances, SIM card, Wohnsitzanmeldung, Steuer-ID, personnel questionnaire and preparation of the hiring documents), the Wohnungssuche and furnishing. This allows the applicants to fully concentrate on their berufliche Zukunft and linguistic further education, while we reliably accompany every step and ensure a smooth process.
For clients: The lead time is 4 months after receiving an employment contract. Up to this point, we have worked proactively and have all the important documents for applying for preliminary approval.
For caregivers: The time until Arbeitsaufnahme or until the job interview depends primarily on the language level. The job interviews only take place when a B1 certificate is available. Our protégés usually need 10 – 12 months to obtain the B1 certificate.
During this time, we closely monitor the entire process so that integration is optimally prepared and the start in Deutschland is as quick and uncomplicated as possible.
The placement process is clearly structured and designed to be as simple as possible.
The pre-selection of candidates is an important basis for successful cooperation, which is why we have created a checklist that we send to our clients in due course. This list contains all the important information about the facility, requirements for the applicants, fixed contact persons during the integration phase, possible highlights on site and, of course, the remuneration (tariff), to name just a few. This ensures that the nurses clearly decide on the intended facility and can get a good idea of what to expect.
The placements usually take place in groups of at least 3, as this has proven successful with regard to integration.
After receiving the checklist, we need approximately 7-10 days to send suitable employee profiles to our clients. 2 – 3 weeks later, the online application interviews take place. After a commitment to hire the presented candidates, our client receives all the necessary documents for the creation of the employment contracts within a few hours. As soon as we have the employment contracts, we need 4 months with regard to official processes until a nurse can enter in Deutschland.
Our nurses spend the first 7-10 days in our apartments on our company premises. The entire onboarding takes place here. We hand over our nurses with all the necessary documents, an equipped apartment near the facility.
We are also responsible for the extension of the residence permits after entry and conduct regular feedback meetings together with our clients and nurses.
We are therefore involved from the very beginning and far beyond the first day of work. Transparent, professional and with personal support.
We organize the Wohnungssuche and furnishing, so that the specialists can move directly into a ready-to-occupy home upon their arrival in Deutschland. This eliminates the initial uncertainty and creates a stable environment for a successful start from the beginning. If required, we also provide support with all questions relating to the relocation and settling in. The apartments are located near the clinic (max. 25-30 minutes on foot).
Entry usually requires a B1/B2 certificate.
Immediately after arrival in Deutschland, if not already held, we assist in obtaining the B2 certificate through a free, AZAV-certified language course that can be flexibly combined with the working day. This course not only covers B2 level knowledge but also promotes overall language usage based on nursing care.
The entire CVC program is completely free of charge for applicants. All services—from application to language courses to support with bei Einreise, accommodation, and integration—are offered without fees. This ensures that the path to Germany remains fair and transparent.
