Our philosophy: Humanity & Responsibility
The nursing sector in Deutschland faces enormous challenges.
The shortage of qualified personnel will continue to worsen – solutions are urgently needed.
We at CareVisionCompany start right here:
We strictly adhere to international guidelines:
And: We do not recruit in countries that themselves suffer from an acute shortage of nursing staff.

Sustainability as a principle of success
A successful placement does not end with the signing of the employment contract –
it only really begins there.
